Replying to Douglas Kaufman-Dickson in LO24030 (was intro) --
Douglas Kaufman-Dickson, in pursuit of a culture of personal
accountability, tells us that his company's workforce has been cut in half
in the last 10 years and was the subject of negotiations for sale last
year, then asks how to approach significant cultural change, such as
building a strong culture of accountability in the face of such strong
external distractions.
That is a very interesting situation. Could you say a little more about
what you mean by "a strong culture of accountability"?
