Great idea!
While it might be difficult to tell how corporate culture will react, that
might be the first task of the social worker your are considering.
As a social worker since 1988 and a former corporate executive of 13 years
, I can tell you that the profession has a lot to offer organizations of
all types. Since 1993, I have been the Administrative Director of the
AIDS Center of a large academic medical center and my colleagues, clients
and vendors have come to appreciate my values and skills as a social
worker.
Good luck. Look around you might find social workers where you least
expect them.
