Stress Responses LO24161

I've recently received an assignment from my Biology 30 teacher, and I've
been looking for an answer that I can't seem to find maybe you can help...

I am supposed to describe four physiological responses controlled by the
nervous or endochrine systems that help an individual's body cope with
stress. So far I've only come up with two.
 - One, the Adrenal Medulla releases epinephrine and norepinephrine.
 - Two, the Adrenal Cortex releases glucocorticoids, including cortisol.
I am not even certain if these two are correct. Please Help!
