Why a learning organization? LO24174

One needs a learning organization to continuously seeks answers, both on
an individual and a collective basis, to the questions Why? and, How?

For Example:

- why is production slow?
- why is the quality manager frustrated?

or

- How do we meet our targets?
- How do we satify our customers?

Individuals operating in a learning environment feel empowered to seek
answers to the relevant Way or How question.
