Dearest Shaya,

I'm teaching an Organizational Learning class to Masters level and PhD
students at George mason University in Virginia. My emphasis is on
intercultural communication, aesthetic process, non-verbal communication
and paradigm shifts. If you are interested in some of the learning
theories, models and modes of group learning I have developed (and
published) I will be happy to share these with you. I am currently a PhD
candidate with the Union Institute in Cincinnatti, Ohio. I am doing
research in all the above areas.

Bright morning sun and dew on the flowers,
Sajeela

> I am a Phd student at IAU (Sciences & Researches Campus, Tehran,

> Computer Engineering Department (AI & SE).
> I have started working on the topic of Learning Organizations (LO)
> as my
> PhD reseach topic.I have noticed lack of generally accepted
> theoritical
> models that describe & define the learning in LOs & mechanisms for
> learning & criteria for assessment of learning in them.
> In my definition LO is not only an organization with superior
> learning/training, or an organization operated based on advanced IT.
