    How is it best developed* What are the implications
    for leadership education*
 
    * to examine the history of leadership education, our
    lessons of experience and the implications for the
    future
 
    * to examine leadership theories and how they
    are/can be integrated into practice
   
    * to examine how leadership challenges and
    practice informs research and teaching agendas
 
    * to explore benchmarks --best practices-- in
    leadership education
     
    * to examine leadership education evaluation tools--
    both individual and collective assessment
 
     * to learn how information technologies including -
    web based instruction is being used in leadership
    education
