This is not the most proper etiquette in terms of a thank you, but so many
people took the time to send me their thoughts and suggestions about
sources on non-western leadership -- via both the listserv and privately
-- that a universal "thank-you" seems to be the best way. Thanks to all
of you that sent me references. They were very helpful. I hope I can
