Yes, there are many and plenty of disagreements, I would also like to see
your masters dissertation.

Yes, then might know that Gillian worked under Elliot Jaques and has been
researching his work for many years. She developed a Symbol Sort to assess
managerial cognition in relation to organisational structure.

It is better for you to read the work of Jaques and to understand the
frame of reference that it works in. There has been found to be
correlation's between temporal scales, logic, cognition and the structure
of organisations.
