Replying to LO25520 --
Learning is not that difficult a concept
Mangers need to take time to
Discuss the last project
What went right what went wrong and why?
Deice how to do it differently next time. [..Decide?]
Learn to measure what is important to success and act on the
measured results.
Never reprimand failure to achieve only failure to try, to make
work work better.
Promote candid exchange between the people in the company about
failure.
Candid exchange is hard when the emphasis is n looking good
instead of being good. When the relationships are valued higher than good
results. This need dictates good measuring of the right things.
