Dear All,

Apologies for cross-posting...

I am one of the joint editors of "Organisations & People" (O&P) which is
currently looking to expand its base of authors. We are always on the look
out for well-written, practically-oriented papers and articles on all
aspects of management and organisation development.

O&P is the magazine of AMED (the Association of Management Education and
Development http://www.management.org.uk). We publish articles from 1500
to 3,500 words which are of interest to academics, consultants, developers
and practising managers. Contributions must be well grounded in theory and
oriented towards practical application.

Recent articles include:

"Strategic Planning as Action Learning"

"Developing High-Potential Managers in an International Business: A Case
Study of Royal & Sun Alliance"

"When it Doesn't Work: the Big Three Derailment Factors in a Coaching
Relationship"

"A Strategic Framework for Promoting Professional and Personal Development
Within an Organisation"

"Culture and Complexity: New Perspectives on Organisational Change"

"Ethics Pays"

"Using 'Body Sculpture' in Organisation Development"

"Complexity, History & Management: Relating the Past, the Present & the
Future"

"Self-Reflection: The Source of Personal and Leadership Development"

"Anxiety and Action Learning"

"Ten Core Mentor Competencies"
