Thanks to Ray's contribution.
I think this is one of the best.(for me, at least.)

We have a gap in the consciousness of studying the leadership in the
directions Ray mentioned here. Nevertheless,I wrote an article about The
Cloud Gate Dancers Group last month in my web, suggested that the learning
history and performance of the Cloud Gate should be a 'model of LO'.Indeed
the best performance professional teams are with their own system of
profound knowledge in action.
 
I hope Ray can contribute more frequently in this list.
