"LEARNING" is its true sense does not seem to be emerging ....
Indeed, the described symptoms are familiar to most organisations. The
Pattern and Trend may need more articulation, and The Undelying Structures
still seem a mystery.
As an Organisation Observer / Thinker and Learning Partner, I have
captured many such scenarios in my QuaSyLaTic Knowledge with humble
attempt to explore the Mystery behind the whole thing. This X-file search
involves much exploration and as we seem to get into the insights of
things, another deeper mysteries unfold. Maybe this is what Learning
Journey is all about.
