Hi Andrew et al:

First, I wanted to say 'thank-you' to all of you who responded to my
original posting (LOs and equality LO25566) Your responses have allowed me
to see that particular issue through a variety of lenses. Thank you!

Second, so here I am, about 99.9% through my MBA --- at least I hope so!
This thesis stuff can't be that much work, right? ;-) --- and am yet again
happily adjusting to how much I DON'T know. (I really do think I felt the
smartest the day I graduated from high school...)

I just finished researching Confucius so I could fully appreciate Andrew's
e-mail(following). Wow! I never would have thought Confucius would have
had ANY thing to do with business! Thanks very much Andrew! (Sorry it has
taken me so long to get back to you.)

And lastly, here's this saying I found ... Without learning, all virtues
are obscured: frankness becomes vulgarity, bravery - disobedience,
firmness - eccentricity, humanity - stupidity, wisdom - flightiness, and
sincerity - a plague.

Sure describes the teams that I have worked in that didn't know how to
learn!

Have a great day,

Peg
