This is the last call for the annual Think Tank (Feb. 1-4 in Tulsa, OK,
USA) cosponsored by Williams Corporation and eXperientia. We have about
30 places allocated and less than 10 places remaining. This years theme
is TECHNOLOGY and SUSTAINABLE CHANGE in ORGANIZATIONS using experiential
learning methods. The Think Tank is a collection of people who are
presently active in these areas.
The purpose of the TTT is to exchange state-of-the-art thinking and
practice regarding the above theme. A short list of current presentation
topics include: e-learning systems; internet team development; mind@work
demonstrations; CommunityNet development; Activity inventions; CD-ROM
marketing ideas; cybercommunities; simulated system dynamics; performance
simulations; Multimedia Training; distance-based learning; virtual
teaming; Computer Collaboration; laptop scavenger hunt; alignment
technologies; iExperiential.com; Internet Marketing; ETD Web Directory;
E-mail games; and Online Facilitation Techniques.
If you are interested in attending, please submit a one paragraph proposal
of what you would be prepared to share with others by presenting at the
Think Tank. Please respond directly to <spriest@ups.edu> (no need to
reply on this list). Additional details are provided below. Thank you

ARRIVE before dinner on the first day (Thursday, February 1, 2001).
DEPART after lunch on the last day (Sunday, February 4, 2001).
VENUE: Williams Corporations' Osage Hills Executive Retreat and Learning
Center.
COST: $91 covers 9 meals and shuttles between Tulsa Airport and Osage
Hills. Accommodations are free, but you pay your own airfare to and from
Tulsa.
MEALS: Continental breakfasts with sit down cafeteria service for lunch
and dinner (place settings, full salad bar, and vegetarian options
available).
ACCOMMODATIONS: 36 single occupancy rooms: double bed with the usual
ammenities. Rooms are grouped in 2 units of 18 with 2 common areas and 4
breakout meeting rooms. Common areas have TV, videos, drinks, snacks,
pool tables, cards, etc.
RESOURCES: Common areas and meeting rooms have computer projection
capabilities and most other common audio-visual equipment. We are looking
into access of a new portable computer lab (the old one has been moved
off-site). The grounds has a number of hiking or runnning trails, ropes
courses, a baseball diamond, a volleyball court, bicycles, and a fully
equiped weights and exercise room.
