3 thoughts Charley:

1. good idea
2. use email for the interviews, also. that way you can interview me [I'm
in the UK] ,and possibly lots of others on this list
3. try anonymous and confidential "a member of staff at a leading dot-com
said..."

ask me about what a certain Chief Executive said when one of his staff
asked him at an open meeting whether he wanted 'HisOrganisation' to be a
learning organisation...

Best wishes
