Now you start to know some potential troubles of words like Learning
Organization. Even G. Bateson was 'shot down' by someone for 'learning'
concept, please refer to Language and Learning: The Debate between J.
Piajet and N. Chomsky, edited by M. Piattelli-Palmarini, Harvard U. Press,
1980. I recommand you to read one great book of my 'friend' H. A. Simon,
Administrative Behavior, 4th Edition. Start from index for you questions.
