Royal Roads University is seeking applications from learner-focused
educators for a faculty position. The successful candidate will play a key
role in the design, development and delivery of our new Knowledge
Management graduate diploma program. This 15-credit program is designed
for working mid-career professionals and consists of a short residency
component and distance delivery. Preliminary program information can be

Applicants should be able to demonstrate teaching excellence and an
ability to work within an interdisciplinary outcomes-based curriculum.
Preference will be given to candidates with a postgraduate degree, a broad
theoretical understanding of the field, strong applied skills, experience
in curriculum design and development, and familiarity with distance
education. Relevant work experience outside of the post-secondary
education sector is also a requirement. Applicants must be able to work
effectively in a team environment focused on a common vision and
operational goals. We offer a comprehensive compensation package, with
starting salary based on qualifications and experience. Royal Roads
