Dear Organlearners,
Now I see I have to explain my topic a little bit wider.
I mean a process organizations is a new view of organization, as M. Hammer
and J. Chammpy saw in the Reengineering the Corporation from 1993. In the
organization there are processes, which are cross-functional. I.e.: the
process of making a new greeting card for Valentine's day. There are
designers, drawers, text makers, printers, marketing people... involving
in this process.
I could say business process, but there are the new view of organization
also in other fields of organizations, i.e. hospitals. I would like to
show that there are knowledge workers needed for such process
organizations and that they (knowledge workers) can do their best in the
learning organizations.
For Omnibus Lexicon Definition,
http://www.fourthwavegroup.com/Public/982w.htm, is knowledge worker a
professional who performs knowledge work. And knowledge work is the
intellectual activity that is performed by people upon data, information
and knowledge in order to discover business options....
Thank you for all yours comments!
