I agree. Learning is a passionate business or at least it should be. Thank
you for reminding us that that is true for an organisation as well as for
individual learners. An LO is an organisation with passion for learning
and know;edge. Structure, skills, procedures, knowledge repositories are
necessary but not enough. Does that mean that passion in an organisation
is not measurable? that it cannot be operationalized? I don't know.
