In BP we focus very much on "knowing who knows" and then making it easy to
connect to people who know. A 10 minute conversation at the right time may
be all that is required to share knowledge. We also structure meetings
such as Peer Assists and After Action Reviews to make it easier for people
to learn from others experiences.

Chris Collison and I have just published a book on the experiences within BP
called "Learning to Fly"

It's available on Amazon
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/184112124X/

It goes into these concepts in much greater depth using real stories as
examples.
