Replying to LO26966 --

I am responding to a question on things to consider in order to make sure diversity is valued in the courseroom.

Consider to behave 'indifferent' to the diversity generated by the participants.

As Lao Tzu wrote:

She [the Master] is good to people who are good.
She is also good to people who aren't good
This is true goodness.

She trusts people who are trustworthy.
She also trusts people who aren't trustworthy.
This is true trust.

(Tao Te Ching, #49, translation Stephen Mitchell)

Greetings,

René
