Eye to eye not eye for an eye LO27240

Dear Learners,

Something simple to do that I learned at a Brahma Kumaris retreat that
someone took me to last winter. I found it very peaceful and powerful
learning; so for what it is worth here is what one might do... perhaps as
an exercise with one's children...

Take a chair each, get to the same eye level and sit in a comfortable
position, perhaps an arms length away, face your partner and simply look
into their eyes. Try not to worry about focus, blinking, occasional
giggles, but 'stay with it' for as long as possible. After a while you may
begin to appreciate many things you had not thought possible.

Love,

Andrew Campbell
