Hi,

I am a third year University student currently studying "Services
marketing" unit. As part of this unit we have to analyse the thoery of
blueprinting as a diagnostic tool.

I was wondering if you could help me with this unit requirment by
providign me with websites or information in regards to bluepringing of a
sercvice?
