Argyris, I always use: the best is: "Strategy, change and defensive
routines". Defensive routines can be compared with Mental Models from "The
Fifth Discipline".
Weick I can also recommend: "Social Psychology of Organizing". Handy might
come in handy too, but then, my second name is Charles, so i've a bias.
When you want to start at the top: "Paradoxes of Group Life" by Smith and
Berg.
