Replying to LO27321 --
Who is LO? LO is ohW. LOis Lane? LO is the friend of Superman.
(There you have the issue of september 11th again: were was Superman? To
me all the feelings about fear, angst, safety, aniety, being weak and
vulnerable - even being a human being, wich is a very complex feeling, a
human feeling - are projected on a figure. If you have trouble accepting
who you are: come to Daddy, or Mommy, Big Brother, Super Sister ( ? ;-)).
It is so natural, we've all been there, all been young, we've all felt
protected by some other. And then, without much warning, we find ourself
not only vulnerable, but also alone. Unable to cope, to deal with these
feelings, anxities, the stress. The only protection we have are the
projections we've learned. So we look for support and protection against
our fates (and the fates worse than death) - or for justice, final
justice, justice seems to have taken the place of destiny, fates.
Some, some groups will project them on a Leader, others use a Superman,
some will call it a God in this or in other names. And when He (or She)
seems unable to protect us - which is only a matter of time, because there
is no protection against death, the final destiny, the final frontier, we
are enraged and dissapointed at the same time and feel more vulnerable,
more angst.
So LO - in my opinion - may not, can not, will not and must not protect
you against yourself. If you'll not trust yourself, LO will prove to be
untrustworthy; If you can not communicate with yourself, LO can not talk
back; If you can not cooperate (live ?) with your being, a LO can not
co-operate with you; When you may not commit yourself to your self , LO
may not commit itself to you.
So indeed, you've been talking LO-ish without knowing.)
Best wishes,
Jan
