The organizational learning depends, as the humanity learning, of the I.Q.
of the organization / the human being. The different is: the human I.Q.
growing up until 3 - 4 age, but the organizational I.Q. is dynamic and
developing all tha time. What wy have to do is to define the ellements of
this I.Q. take care of each of them. I have some interesting ideas about
this.
