It seems to me that one of the things that distinguishes organizational
learning from other approaches is that it leads to intense SELF-critique.
If i take the application of concepts like the ladder of inference,
double-loop learning, and dialogue seriously, i am continually exposing my
assumptions. About EVERYTHING. . .especially those assumptions that i
hold most near and dear.
So, although we might not be those who most disagree with OL, through our
knowledge and practice can't we say that we offer the most severe
challenges to it?
