It is observed that during business meetings, there are a variety of
behaviour of meeting participants. The issues arise can be many e.g.
whether thre is a good focus, the degree of teamwork or politics, the
frustration of not able to satisfy the cutomers or losing market shareetc.
etc.

It is also interesting to note that many of these bahavioral patterns, are
symptomic in nature. What is needed is to understand the underlying
structures that give rise to such behaviour.

I am of the view that the Information Structures - the way data are
extracted, formated are important contributing factors towards the human
dynamic.

What are your views?
