I actually had something different in mind -- laughter with pain. Its like
having had a recent operation in the belly and someone tells you a joke to
let you feel better. You then begin to laugh ;-) only to bend forward /^\
so that the pain is not so much. The / and \ are the legs and the ^ is the
back bent horisontal.
