Dear AM de Lange,

Thank you for your reply.

I appreciate your comments and the situation the company is in. We also
have had quite a few large corporates fail in Australia in the 1980's and
1990's due to a lack of planning as well as not being able to adapt to
changing environments.

I hope through the establishment of Learning Communities and Communities
of Practice, organizations can learn from the mistakes of the past. As the
saying goes or (close to it): "From one small acorn, will a large tree
grow".
