My experience (not tied to this list) is that MANY don't feel happy with
the concept. Yet, if what we know about knowledge work and knowledge
workers (thanks to Peter Drucker) is correct, then self-management
(individually and in teams) must play a much larger role in the future if
ever knowledge work is to be made truly and fully productive.
