Unconscious Competence LO28479

This model is very similar to what is found in the Transtheoretical Model
(TTM) stages of change model. The unconscious/conscious component fits
well. However, the incompetent/competent aspect needs to be stretched a
little since the TTM extends to behavior beyond competency.

Precontemplation (unconscious-incompetent)
Contemplation (conscious-incompetent, part 1)
Preparation (conscious-incompetent, part 2)
Action (conscious-competent)
Maintenance (unconscious-competent)
