Dear LOers

Leo Minnigh asks us to respond to his question

> >2. Why is a leader necessary?

My view is that a leader is only necessary when followers are not yet
ready to take full responsibility for their actions within the whole
system.

A leader is given the responsibility of leadership by followers.

Regards
Mark
