Dear AM,

Are you saying that changing the paradigm can lead to a blinding flash?

I suggest the change is simply a change of mindset which causes the energy
in the system to flow spontaneously in one direction, rather than the
system needing continual 'propping up' and crisis management.

The new paradigm should be risk conscious, proactive and equitable.
