Dear All

I found the Learning Organisation site today and hope that it is still
active.

I am a South African currently doing research for Government on the
effectiveness and efficiency of the skills development levy (1% of
payroll) which was introduced in 2000. I would appreciate any information
on experiences of levies post 1998 - voluntary or regulated, this would be
greatly appreciated.
