"People" are "Staff"; "Technology" is in "Skills" and "Time" I guess is
"Style and "Shared Values". "Strategy" has it's own box as this was
devised as a model for looking at organisations as a whole rather than as
a strategic tool per se.
Richard Pascale developed the model further and published his thinking in
'Managing on the Edge" (now out of print) which essentially added a scale
to each of the 7 Ss. Worth looking at and probably the best published
resource on the 7-S model.
