Jon, your honest words touched my heart deeply and your courage is highly
appreciated ... maybe because i have felt loneliness and despair, and
still feel so from time to time ...

Such feelings, as you say, are part of living ... there are other parts
too ... you mention them later. To me, it is of much help to believe that
times of despair follow times of joyfulness follow times of despair ...
follow ...

LearningCycles. Small and big, deep and shallow ... LearningCycles in many
forms, colours and sizes.

>From experience i noticed that loneliness and despair are connected to a
certain angst - fear from the unknown (uncertain) - awareness
(realisation) of how large the possibilities and how odd :-) the chances
...

Also from experience, i realised that at times of loneliness and despair
my free energy is very limited - i work hard, in low gear. This situation
demands a very careful management of myself, thus much contemplation and
inner-drama is taking place (or vice versa ... which is cause, which
effect?)

And when it comes to saturation (unpredictable timing :o) i usually find
myself (re-find) with a new set of priorities, new horizons, plenty of
energy (of all kinds) ... just like you described.

And so it goes on .... :o)

With respect,
Judy Tal
