Hi

Sure the individuals, each in their local work group, dothe learning but
it will not have a developmental effect for the larger organisation if the
work group is embedded in a culture of self-defeat (Hardy and Schwartz).
This type of culture flourishes when the work groups are not in a sensible
relationship with true costs and true benefits - in other words, they are
in an excessively cross-subsidised environement with respect to their
performance adn success. Flamholtz & Randle's work twigs to the same
factor.

in thsi pernicious culture, everything (for the good and otherwise) is
suborned by an overriding and self-perpetuating patter of victimology.

Just a thought. what's the opinion?
