I disagree.
in a group setting there is always at least one observer who is the manager,
leader, coordinator. This individual observes group behaviour and guides them
towards the desired goal. In well formed teams this leader, manager,
coordinator has the advantage of watching groupthink of the teams and by
doing so learns what really makes teams tick. This observational memory
although strictly gained by an individual represents for me organisational
learning.
