Bjoerg, you might be interested in the processes used by Meg Wheatley's
group on courage in leadership, From the Four Directions. This has been a
global effort over the past few years and has had some positive outcomes.
The circles (groups) are extremely diverse, from the sounds of it, conduct
their gatherings in a fairly informal way, etc. I believe the website is
fromthefourdirections.com.
