Dear Organlearners,
Greetings to you all.
Einstein once said:
"The secret to creativity is knowing how to hide your sources."
Obviously, the best hidden source is your tacit knowing.
Once you begin speak from it, duck because others may not like your
original thinking. But is this ducking not what many had been doing since
their first days at school? Sadly, they were forced to hide their tacit
knowing, so much so that cannot find it again. But then, did Einstein not
also once warned: "Education is what remains after one has forgotten
everything he learned in school."
With care and best wishes
