Hi Din,

I was surprised with the succes story on People CMM. I have not found it
very well-known by HR management in the time when I was a consultant. The
difference with Senge is that Senge is abstract and high level and People
CMM is very practical. It is not a theory but an instrument that allowes
you to measure the level of your HR quality. You can also use it to set
targets for getting at a certain level.

It is derived from the CMM concept that was introduced for the quality of
ICT processes.
