Shadrack, in addition to those sources already mentioned, I'd encourage
you to look at Lincoln & Guba's (1985) Naturalistic inquiry. London:
Sage. It's one of the classics for qualitative research, particularly
when you are looking for a more "generic" model. They do a nice job of
laying out kinds of methods, data collection, analysis, creating your
audit trail, trustworthiness of the data, etc.
