Replying to LO29997 --
Hi All...
In response to Vana's post on the media presentation of war...
Has anyone else noted how much the media drive our "democratic" world.
Are they reporting what is happening (not just in war, but everything), or
are they creating scenarios for people to follow?
It seems to me that the power of the press is perhaps more prevalent that
we might think and they define the roads we go down, applying slight but
subtle pressure here and there to open up or close a path!
