Time is getting short. Please register by March 26, 2003 to get the

The Organization Design Forum is proud to announce its 2003 Conference at
the Hawthorne Hotel in historic Salem, MA, April 27-30.

The theme is "Beyond Structure: Strategic Organization Alignment" and will
feature:

 - Ed Lawler, Director, USC Center for Effective Organizations,
speaking on "Strategic Reward System Alignment";

 - Pre-conference Workshop: "Creating a Designed Organization: The 7-Step
Process" with Kathy Molloy & Craig McGee;

 - Fourteen conference sessions on Topics, Tools and Cases, including
Nextel, GlaxoSmithKline, Sun Microsystems, Stork PMT, BV, the Texas State
Auditors Office and the British National Health Service.
