In my experience in management of change at IBM, I evolved the belief that
Efree was between 10% and 15% of the total. If the remainder was Esurv,
that was managing people, recruiting new. outplacing others, meetings,
education, communicating both internally and externally outside immediate
department.
Have others experienced similar or different proportions in different
