Shared vision is an important concept in creating a team environment that
assists a company in meeting it's objectives. Working in a service
industry with numerous customers to satisfy, I make sincere efforts in
creating a team environment for my staff to understand the company's
vision and how collectively we can make a difference.
But how does one continue to encourage and develop a group of individuals
within an organization that lacks a "learning organization" environment?
I would be interested in learning how other people overcome this obstacle.
