Just a comment. I am new to the concept of an L.O. and totally excited
about it.

I agree with Mark that missions and strategies are outcomes of the
learning process. Further, I think it is the role of leader(s) to inspire
reflective inner personal dialogue that allows synergistic understanding.
I think an employee should be challenged to discover where, more
importantly, than if they fit. Openness is a two-way street that precedes
alignment.

Question: I have read Senge for the first time. Is there other pedagogic
literature on how to teach this subject?
