Just want to add to your message. I am about halfway through your book
and am enjoying it very much. I like the way you have included conceptual
ideas with practical (use now) information. Thank you for a new book on a
very timely topic. I am planning to write a book review on it for our
local quality network newsletter.

Guess you can now say it is "playing in Peoria". Hope you are familiar
with the expression.

[Host's Note: It would be just fine to discuss specific topics from this
book here on the LO list. ...Rick]
