Terri Deems points out the difference between rational/technical change
and "organizational psyche" changes. Yes, this is an important point and
correct observation.

As for Terri's questions about empowerment, etc., all I can add at this
point is that these are the paradoxes of group and organizational life.
E.g. We want to be free and we want to be supported, we want to belong and
we want to keep our identity. Etc.

They may not be "answerable" questions in the "usual" way of thinking
about things.
